General Booking Conditions
Guarantee and Credit Card:
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
A pre-authorization is carried out before arrival to verify the card’s validity and secure the booking.
This card is used in the event of a no-show or cancellation according to the conditions of the selected rate.
Payment:
Payment for the stay is made either in advance or directly at the hotel, depending on the chosen rate:
- For non-refundable rates, the total amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking, and no refund is granted.
- For flexible rates, payment is made at the hotel, during check-out.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation conditions vary according to the selected rate.
As a rule,
cancellation is free of charge up to two days before the arrival date.
After this period or in case of a
no-show, a
penalty equal to 100% of the booked stay is charged.
Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
Early Departure: In the event of
departure before the scheduled date,
one additional night is charged.
Practical Information: City tax: CHF 3.75 per adult per night (CHF 7.50 for two adults).
Check-in: from 12:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 1:00 p.m.
Reception: open 24 hours a day.
